Is there an update needed to use Box 3 with Max 2010?
And, if so, any release timeframe?

Box#3 exists in two flavors - ACAP (sold by Turbo Squid) and non-ACAP (sold by Orbaz Technologies).
The ACAP recompile version 1.08 will be available soon; please send your requests to Turbo Squid.
There will be no recompile of the non-ACAP version for 3ds Max 2010. Instead, version 1.5 will be released for 3ds Max 2010 (and for 3ds Max 9, 2008, and 2009). Version 1.5 is an upgrade; if you have a commercial license of Box#3, you can enroll in beta for 1.5 release - we already have 1.5 beta for max 2010.

Hi Oleg, Can you tell me a bit more about the new features in v1.5?
I purchased box-3 from Orbaz so am now going to be forced to upgrade merely to continue using the software on the latest version of 3dsmax. Do you have no plans at all for recompiling the older version of box-3 for max 2010 ? |

Sorry to hijack this thread but I have a similar doubt concerning Box #3.
We've bought Box #3 from TurboSquid but now we want to buy Box #2 and the Upgrade for Box #3 1.5, can we buy it directly from your site? Won't we be having problems with the Box #3 upgrade? Thanks in advance.
PS - We've sent an email to your sales department but haven't got an answer yet, maybe something is not working!? Cheers! |

You will need to convert a TurboSquid license to Orbaz license for Box#3. Other than that, it's fine.
